This recently build, attractive house, part of 2 houses attached to each other, has two apartments on the ground floor. The apartments are situated on a hill in a forest at 2 km from the picturesque village of Payzac and 30 km South from Aubenac. Payzac is situated at the border of two great nature areas. On the east side: the Bas-Vivarais an area rich with lime stone and the typical vegetation: the garigue. It is thicket that will grow into young trees. Furthere you can find the classical pine trees. On the west side of Payzac are the Cevennes, a plateau with deep cleavages and here and there some high hills and even mountains.

Activities in the surroundings
The sunny department of the Ardèche with its provincial influence has beautiful mountains, forests, rivers and caves. The rocks contribute to a varying environment which makes the Ardèche an exceptional divers area with a lot of great nature. At less than 10 km are the different picturesque villages such as Le Vans, Joyeuse and Thînes. Further at about 30 km is the famous Vallon Pont d’Arc with the magnificent river the Gorges de l'Ardèche. Along this river is a superb road with fantastic views. You can also discover the Gorges de l'Ardèche by canoe or kayak. Besides the caves of Aven d’Orgnac (40 km), a classified, unique cultural heritage is certainly worth a visit. In the city Pierrelatte (60 km) is the largest crocodile farm of the world.

Garden and swimming pool
This house attached to another is situated on a private domain of 1 ha, on a hill with a great view over the valley. The garden has to be shared with the owner (if he is present) and possible other tenants from the neighbouring apartment. In this nature garden is at your disposal a swimming pool (10 x 5m) for common use. In front of the apartment is an attractive, partially covered terrace with a sufficient number of garden furniture, an electric barbecue and enough space for the children to play.
