This ‘pigeonnier’ (pigeon tower) has been transformed, after a radical renovation, into a comfortable, attractive and, most of all, unique holiday home. The ‘pigeonnier’ is located in the countryside on the outskirts of the village of Offranville and is surrounded by fields and a few trees. The lively seaport town and bathing resort of Dieppe is located at 7 km. This is one of the oldest bathing resorts of France and is very popular with Parisians. However, the city also has a stirring history, of which various buildings still remain. The castle, the only town gate left over, several churches and the harbour area are definitely worth visiting. Just west of Dieppe and at only 5 km from Offranville lies the pebble beach of Pourville. The house has a large garden (2,600 m²), largely consisting of grass, where your children can enjoy playing. Around the ‘pigeonnier’ lies a gravel terrace. At your disposal are sufficient teak garden furniture and a barbecue.

Through a small staircase (5 steps), one arrives in the large, round living room (50 m²) with kitchen and bar. The living room has a double sofa bed, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, large dining table with chairs and cupboard. Completely furnished kitchen with 2 small refrigerators, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 5 Bedrooms: 1st floor (2 x single bed) and (1 x double bed), 2nd floor (2 x single bunkbeds) and (1 x double bed), 3rd floor (1 x double bed). The bedroom on the 3rd (= top) floor is very large and takes up the whole floor. 2 Bathrooms: 1st floor with shower, 2nd floor with bath and toilet. Washing machine. Separate toilet on 1st floor. In the annex (at about 25 m from the ‘pigeonnier’), there is a bedroom with (1 x single bed) and (1 x single sliding bed) with toilet and wash basin on the 1st floor; ideal for children.
