This attractive house is on the first floor of a restored 14th century watermill at the dge of the cosy little town of Fleurance. In this rural area you can enjoy the quiet and scenery. There are also gorgeous abbeys, castles and bastides. The historical town of Auch and its beautiful facades of workmanship quality are worth a visit. The watermill on the river Gers is quietly located on a large estate (14 ha) with forests and fields, where sheep and ponies graze. At only 400 mtrs from the estate there is a public pool. You have your own enclosed, shady garden with wood garden furniture and barbecue, swings, slide and play house. There is also a kiddy bath on the grounds which you share with the tenants of property 9009/E. The owner lives in an independent house and will always respect your privacy.
