This comfortable and attractive villa is situated in the peaceful suburbs of the notorious bathing resort La Grande Motte. This bathing resort is well known for its modern architecture in pyramids style and its green open spaces. In the Summer there are many activities for young as well as older people: a magnificent harbour, beautiful beaches, different surf and sail schools, the famous water park “Espace Grande Bleu” and other cultural and sport activities.

There are many medieval villages such as the medieval city Aigues Mortes (11 km) and the historical city Montpellier (22 km) with many narrow streets and interesting shops. Besides you will find the well known bathing resorts Sète and Cap d’Agde at 50km. Sète is also called the small Venice of Languedoc.
