Setting
This house has a wonderful setting, in the middle of the Regional Parc “Parc Régional du Haut Langeudoc”. The surroundings are characterised by vines and green hills. In this nature park you will find lakes and many beautiful walking and cycling tracks. If for a change you would like to go to sea, it is not a problem at all, since the bathing resort Valras is at only 35 km from your house. The surroundings offer also many cultural activities. There are medieval villages like Fauilhon and several castles like the castle Pézenas from the 14th century (25 km). Your house is at about 50 m from the house of the owner. His property is situated in such a way that he does not have any view at your terrace or the swimming pool.

Garden and swimming pool
Your house is situated on a large domain (several hectares) with vines and forests. From it you have a beautiful view on the swimming pool and the undulating surroundings. In the garden (200m2) is amongst others a secured swimming pool with salt water (12x6 m). Besides there is a patio (100m2) with dining table, small fridge, sink and barbecue. Around the swimming pool is a sunbathing terrace with deckchairs. The swimming pool has to be shared with the owner and with the tenants of another house.
