The city of Porto Vecchio
This typical, Corsican, independent villa is situated (750m) at one of the most beautiful and nearly tropical white beaches of Corsica: the beach of Palombaggia. You can practice all kind of water sports and there are many gastronomic restaurants. The house is situated at 12 km from Porto Vecchio. This is the third city of the island and also an important bathing resort. Here you can find beautiful bays with fine, white sand. The city is on a hill, surrounded by an old fortified wall. In the countryside are many places where items from the prehistoric times have been found, the Alta Rocca and the Bavella Massief where you can go for great walks.

Activities in the surroundings
At 12km is the beautiful, medieval city of Bonifacio. However touristy it may be, it is worth a visit. The upper city has a strategic position at a 60m high chalk rock, coming straight out of the sea. In the depth, in a protected bay, you can find the harbour. Don’t forget the many prehistoric findings, most important are the ones from Cucuruzzu and Castellu di Capula with its impressive, colossal walls.

Garden
The villa has a wonderful, subtropical garden of 3000m2 with a partially covered terrace around the house. From the terrace you have a great view over the sea and the mountains. In the garden you can play bowling and there is a outdoor shower. Besides at your disposal is a heated, secured, private swimming pool (11x5m), There is a sufficient number of luxurious garden furniture and a barbecue.
