This luxurious house has been built in typical neo-Breton style and is at only 50m from the beach of Trénez and at 4km from the city Moelan sur Mer. This city has steep cliffs and small fishing harbours that are hidden in wild bays. Besides different beaches can be found at protected creeks. At 150m boats and kayaks can be hired.

The department Finistère means literally ‘end’ (finis) of the earth (tère). It is a wild and impressing part of Bretagne. It is characterised by heath land and high formations of rocks coming out of the sea and on which waves keep rolling and falling apart. At the Ponte du Raz you can make a spectacular observation of the strength of the ocean and wind. This beautiful part offers at least 85km of walking and cycling tracks to discover the Finistère.

This characteristic house has a garden of 1000m2 with a low fence and view on the ocean. There are 3 terraces amongst which one is a solarium at the swimming pool and a grass field. Besides you have at your disposal a private, interior swimming pool (7,5 x 4), that can be heated, sauna, shower and Jacuzzi. There is a sufficient number of garden furniture, barbecue and enough space to play for children.
