This characteristic house is located in the countryside on the outskirts of the village of Plouha at 2 km from the sea and at 20 km from the town of St. Brieuc. The Breton coastline is characterised by rugged cliffs and beautiful sandy beaches. At about 30 km, you’ll find the small pedestrian island of Bréhat ( 3,5 x 1,5 km), with wonderful flowers and plants such as camelia, hydrangea, mimosa and oleander. The house has a large enclosed garden (2,000 m²) with a view of a wooded valley with a stream. At your disposal is a pleasant terrace with sufficient garden furniture and a barbecue. For the children there is a large field where they can enjoy horsing around with each other.
