The city of St. Europe de Born
This entirely renovated 19th century farmhouse is located on a domain of 1,2 acres just 1 km from the village St. Vivien in the community St.Eutrope de Born. De farmhouse consists of 2 houses, one occupied by the owner. Just 10 km away there are larger cities such as Montflanquin and Villeréal. There are plenty of cosy restaurants, pubs and shops in those cities. In a landscape which you can describe as lovely, hilly and variable you will find several vineyards, lots of fruit and nut threes and fields full of sunflowers, Cole seed and grain. It is also the area which provides fruit for the famous Pruneaux d’Agen. This region is not yet discovered by the big crowd and offers a lot of peace, freedom and space.

Activities
Which way you posed, the landscape is beautiful, the villages are lovely and the people are friendly. Nothing is therefore suspect that here in the 14th and 15th centuries the Hundred Years War between England and France was fought, except from the bastions that were build. On different days are markets in towns like Monpazier, Montflaquin, Villeréa or Issigeac with local products. In this beautiful area are lots of possibilities for walks, bicycle tours and horse riding. The lakes in the surrounding offer you the possibility to swim or fish. If you like to play golf there is a marvellous golf court (18 and 9 holes) at a distance form not even 12 kilometres in Catelnaud de Gratecambe.

Garden and swimming pool
In the countryside situated, characteristic farmhouse lies together with the house from the owner, on a domain from 1,2 hectares. The sloping domain, surrounded by threes, gives a beautiful panoramic view over the hilly landscape. The garden consists mainly of a large lawn with some trees.
You have access to a large secured private pool (10m x 5m) with a beautiful view. In the garden you will find a net for volleyball / badminton, a jeu de boule and table tennis. In front of the farmhouse there is a spacious, cosy terrace covered by a pergola. There is a sufficient number of garden furniture and a barbecue present. There is enough space for the children to play.
