Setting
This independent and recently built house is situated in a valley, surrounded by a wonderful nature. The house is built on a domain of 1 hectare with a panoramic view over the hills. In the nearby area are several characteristic villages. The larger cities such as Agen (with a big water park) and Villeneuve-Sur-Lot are at about 15 km from la Croix Blanche. Besides you can find several cities famous for there wine such as Bergerac, Cahors, Buzet and Bordeaux.

Activities in the surrounding
You can’t get bored in this magnificent region. In the surrounding areas are amongst other 3 villages: Pujols (14km), Montflanquin (35km) and Penne d’Agenais (24 km). They are all classified as one of the most beautiful villages of France. They are absolutely worth a visit. In this area are many cycle and walking tracks along the most beautiful spots (bicycles are at your disposal at the house). For a more active day it is a challenge to take a boat or canoe and have a trip on the river the Lot.

Garden and swimming pool
The house is situated on a large, fenced domain, mainly composed of grass fields with fruit trees. At the house is an attractive terrace with view on the swimming pool and in the background the hills. Besides at your disposal is a private, fenced swimming pool (10x5m). At the pool is an exterior shower. Also at your disposal is enough garden furniture and a pingpongtable.
