The village Saint Martin de Seignanx
This wonderful house, full of charm dating the XIXth century and with a dependence, is situated on a magnificent domain of 8 ha on the border between Landes and Basque country. This region is known all over the world for its hinterland and its beautiful beaches. The house is situated at only 8 km from the capital of the French Basque country, Bayonne, and at 15 km of the famous sea resort of Biarritz. This house is particularly adapted for big families and groups of friends.

Activities in the surroundings
Biarritz (15 km) is the sea resort the most known of the Atlantic Coast in the South in France. It is due to Napoleon III who made a residence built, which is today called "l'Hôtel du Palais", that this sea resort is not only known in France but also in the border countries. The impressive ' Rock of the Virgo ' is another vestige which reminds us Napoleon III. At 8 km is the capital of the French Basque country, Bayonne, which is also a harbour town. Bayonne does not however possess a beach. The golfers will find various courses around the property (around 10 courses). On the coast, you will take advantage of long fine sand beaches. This part of the Atlantic Coast is famous for its high waves, ideal for the surfers. Besides you will find numerous gourmet restaurants around.

Garden and swimming pool
The house is situated in a park of 3 ha with a view of the famous 'Rhune' (mountain of Pyrenees). The popular and flowery garden includes among others: a vast lawn, various trees and plants adjacent to a big wood. You also have a warmed and closed private swimming pool (15 x 7 m). Next to the swimming pool is a dependence with a kitchen area, a shower and toilet. You also have the garden furniture, the hammock and the barbecue. There are many play areas for the children. Besides you will find in the dependence: a baby-footl, a table-tennis table and a device of fitness.
