This house is about 1 km from the centre of Le Canon, a fisherman´s town located only 5 kms from Lège Cap Ferret. Lège Cap Ferret is well-known for its beautiful sandy beaches. You are also very close to the cosmopolitan bathing resort Arcachon (ca. 1 hour). The house is beautifully located in a quiet residential area between Atlantic Ocean (500m) and the Arcachon bay(250m). In front of the house there is an enclosed garden with your very own SWIMMING POOL (10 x 5 m). Around the house there is patio with planking and garden furniture and barbecue. On each side of the swimming pool there is a shadowy lawn. The owner lives beneath this house and has a private entrance. You will not see much of her at all.
