Geographical situation
Above a small valley, close to the river of Vézère is situated this old, characteristic and independent house, carefully restored, arranged in rural style with antiquity. At only 1 km you can find “un des plus beaux villages de France” (one of the most beautiful villages of France), St. Léon sur Vézère, with two castles, a church from the 12th century (where Summer concerts take place) and three restaurants.

Activities
The region is characterised by wonderful, old cities, markets, castles, restaurants, gardens and a climbing park. In Lascaux (6 km) you will find the famous cave with prehistorically drawings. At Les Eyzies (10 km) you can not only find caves but also a worldwide known museum. Sarlat is situated at 25 km and is the centre of Périgord Noir. The whole inner town is restored and looks like a monument of its own. When it comes about sports you can do some canoe, climbing, walking on paths and golfing.

Garden and swimming pool
The entire domain is composed of 7000m2 with attractive places to sit and a nice view. At the front of the house is a long, narrow terrace, surrounded by rosemary and lavender. Starting from the kitchen is a large, paved terrace (40m2) with garden furniture that is partially covered. At your disposal is a large, secured private swimming pool (50m2) (possibliity for heating)with terrace. At the swimming pool are 4 lounge chairs with pillows. Behind is a parking. The children have more than enough space to enjoy themselves.
