This rurally located house actually lies in the North of the department Lot at about 10 km distance from the river the Dordogne. Here you can enjoy a wonderful swim, canoe or sunbathe on shores along the river. The house is located at the edge of the little town of Payrac where you can do your daily grocery shopping ( at about 10 km distance) and about 30 km from Sarlat and Brive. From the fenced estate (10.000m2) which largely consists of grass, you’ll have a splendid view of the valley of the Dordogne. Also at your disposal are 2 covered patios, a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (8x4m), plenty of garden furniture, barbecue and various games.

The house was a we had expected following the descriptions by Agence Belle France. A spacious house, perfect pool and a great (far/wide) view. You can enjoy your holiday perfectly in this hous and in this region.
