Hidden in a piece of untouched nature on the border between the Dordogne and the Lot-et-Garonne there is this cosy, fully restored farm. During its restoration the authentic character of the house was maintained as much as possible. This house lies in a quiet area at 6 kms from the 13th century town of Villefranche-du-Périgord, 45 km.from Cahors and 60 km. from Bergerac. In the garden there´s a splendid SWIMMING POOL (12x6m) (which you share with the tenants of another house), a tiled patio layed out about it and a beautiful lawn. The owner or one of his guests might use the swimming pool from time to time. They will try and do their best to respect your privacy. From here, you have a magnificent view on the green hills. At the back of the house, you have a covered terrace. There is ample garden furniture and a barbecue available. At short distance of the house, you will find an Auberge, where you can enjoy several delicious regional meals.
