This 300-year-old farmhouse is set at 3 km from La Force, at 3 km from the river Dordogne and at 15 km from Bergerac. Bergerac is a lively little town, situated on the river Dordogne. In this region the best tobacco in France is grown and all round Bergerac vineyards are abundant. The house lies in a property of a 300-year-old chicken farm. The front of the house borders on the large yard of this farm, and the back of it borders directly on a large meadow with a forest behind it. About 600 metres from the house the river Eyrau flows and there is also a pond on the wooded property (36 hectares). The garden features wooden garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. From the patio, you have a beautiful view of the woody surroundings.
