This restaured house is located in a very quiet part of the countryside, just outside the village of Gageac et Rouillac. The lively city of Bergerac is located at 12 km along the Dordogne, amidst vast vineyards with famous wine-houses such as, e.g., the Château de Monbazillac. The world famous prehistoric caves of Le Bugue en les Eyzies are located at about 50 km. Furthermore, in the direct vicinity you can hire canoes at various places. The farmhouse is surrounded by an enclosed garden (3000 m²) with, among others, lawn, flowers, fruit trees and a SWIMMING POOL (9 x 5 m). Around, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding farmlands and vineyards. At your disposal are sufficient garden furniture and a barbecue.
