This independent house is situated in a peaceful area with a view over the river of the Vézère. The house is situated at 1,5 km of the medieval village of Condat-sur-Vézère. The village is situated in the area of the Périgord Noir. It can be found in between the valleys of the river of the Vézère and the river of the Dordogne in the South West of France.

The Périgord Noir is a highly liked holiday destination because of its pleasant climate and the unique landscapes formed by valleys, impressive rocks and plateaus made by the rivers the Dordogne and the Vézère. The Périgord Noir is a famous holidays resort since the prehistory. The city of Les Eyzies-de-Tayac (30km), at the Vézère is considered the world’s capital of prehistory. Further at 10 km is the city of Terrasson with its magnificent ‘Jardin de l’Imaginaire’ (garden of imagination) and you will also find the city of Montignac at 10 km. Here you can find the caves of Lascaux, one of the best conserved places in Europe with rock drawings.
