The City Clermont de Beauregard
This characteristic renovated countryhouse is situated 300 m from the villages Clermont de Beauregard and St. Georges the Montclard. The centre of Saint-Georges-de-Monclard characterized by the fact that there was, traditionally, only people who could establish professional occupations; in this village you will also find a castle surrounded by homes.
This completely restored countryhouse exist of 3 different parts. The main house which can be rented for 8 persons (5074 / H) and the branch which is divided into a house for 5 persons (see ref. No. 5101 / H) and a studio for 2 persons (see ref. No. 5102 / H) or the entire domain for 15 people. (see ref. No. 5103 / H). This domain is therefore extremely suitable for several families and groups. The owner of this house lives on the same domain, but guarantees your privacy.

Activities in the surrounding
The countryhouse is situated in the Perigord Pourpre (purple) with as centre the town Bergerac. The region is named after the skin of the grape. The area is well known for his excellent wines, the Bordeaux wines are absolutely not be called while the wine regions are border on. Still it is a very interesting wine region. The Romans were responsible for the construction of the many vineyards. The city Bergerac is situated at 15 km also known as "mirror of the Dordogne “, because of the charm of the river, which is considered one of the finest in Europe. At 35 km north of the countryhouse is situated the capital of the Dordogne: Perigueux. This is an attractive town with narrow, shaded shopping streets and terraces to private squares. A little further, situated in the Perigord Noir, you will find the village of Les Eyzies, where some of the most famous prehistoric caves of Europe are. For sporty people is this beautiful environment a challenge. You can make excellent walks, cycling or canoeing on the Dordogne River.

This countryhouse is located on a large domain of 4 hectares with amongst others: a large lawn, many trees, a spacious terrace with teak furniture and a Weber barbecue. From the cozy covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the domain. All the houses have their own terrace with modern furniture. You also have access to a fenced swimming pool (10 x 5m) with a large terrace (partly covered) and modern chairs. On the domain you have the availability to use the table tennis, a slide, a swing and a jeu de boules court. bicycles are also available.
