The city Bourgnac
This independent, characteristic house of the 18th century is situated on a large domain in a magnificent rural and green area at 3 km from the village of Bourgnac and 5 km from the larger city of Mussidan. Here you will find everything you need. The village of Bourgnac is situated in the Périgord Pourpre (purple) with as centre Bergerac. The area is named after the skin of currents. The region is well known for its excellent wines that should in no way be called Bordeaux-wine, even though the two wine areas are bordering each other. It is a very interesting wine area. It is said that the Romans have constructed them.

Activities in the surroundings
At 25 km is situated the city of Bergerac that is also called the “mirror of the Dordogne”, because of the charming river that is considered one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe. At 35 km north of the land house is situated the capital city of the Dordogne: Périgueux. It is an attractive place with small streets in the shadow, along the shops and attractive terraces. A bit further, in the Périgord Noir you will find amongst others the city of Les Eyzies where you can find some of the most famous prehistoric caves of Europe. For those who like sports, the wonderful area is definitely a challenge: you can cycle, walk or do some canoe.

Garden and swimming pool
The house is situated amongst the hills with around the house a large garden of 6000m2. In the garden there is amongst others a large grass field, different kind of trees, a partially covered terrace and a summer kitchen. Besides at your disposal is a private, secured and fenced swimming pool (12x6m), a sufficient number of garden furniture, barbecue, ping pong table, Jacuzzi and enough space for the children to play.
